Our company handcrafts all of our embroidered products within 7 – 10 business days. Most of our wood products will also take 7 – 10 business days, but the more complex ones (i.e. personalized ones) may take an additional 7 business days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if it is a made-to-order product which requires ordering before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade, but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order embroidered products take 7 – 10 business days to be created for you, and the wood products may take an additional 7 business days depending on the complexity.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order, and also due to the variations in wood color from one piece to the next.
* Care instructions will be included with each product.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* Care instructions are not followed.
* Wood products are used outdoors (unless otherwise specified).
* They are treated roughly.
* They are left in bright sunlight which could fade the colors.
We use predominately Robison Anton embroidery thread for our embroidered designs.
The woods typically used, and that we have on hand are: oak, walnut, birch, purpleheart, cherry, bloodwood, padauk, and smaller pieces of more exotic woods. We use a clear satin lacquer finish which highlights the beauty of the natural woods.

Our company ships through the following carriers:
* UPS, USPS
* We ship only to the USA.
* We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
* We charge a low, flat shipping rate on orders under $75.
* We offer free shipping for orders over $75.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us for approval.
Do not return an item without pre-authorization from us. A return shipping code from us will be required on all returned products.
* Personalized and/or customized goods are non-returnable unless the product arrives defective.
If the error is on our part, we will do our best to correct it.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or contact us. Do not return an item without pre-authorization from us. A return shipping code from us will be required on all returned products.
If it is determined that return shipping will be required, a return shipping code will be generated and emailed to you. This must be included with the returned product.
